Hello everybody. Sorry about writing in English, but I really don't speak that much German. I was hoping you could help me. I'll be in München the weekend 6-7 December, and I'll be bringing my portable computer with me. I would like to know if there's any ISP in Germany that offers free dial-up Internet accounts, so just that I can check my e-mail and register bills while I'm there. Speed is not an issue, of course. I've been in Lyon last weekend, and unfortunately I forgot this little detail, so I couldn't connect at all while I was there. I'm going on a working trip, and although not really necessary, email would be VERY welcome.Licht & Feuer wrote:If you have comments or questions to the german-speaking community or just like to contact your austrian/german hitpartner but troubles with the language you can do it in english in this topic.

So, please help me out here. Thank you.
Tahnk you both of you. Micro, those services are expensive For what I understood, they're what we call in Portugal, "travelling access", right? (no user name, no password). Fortunately, I'll probably be able to refund those expenses Gauss, I really appreciated your suggestion, but, as I said, this will be a working trip and I'll spend the best part of the weekend at the MOC (this means 8h30 - 22h00 on both days...). I won't even have time for sightseeing
I got it. Still... 80 cents a minute? I wouldn't call that cheap. Of course, earnings in Germany are higher than in Portugal, so it's probably just from the point of view...micro wrote:Expensive? The prices are in cents, not euros . You need to insert the cable of your laptop modem into a telephone wall plug, set up a new connection, enter username, password and telephone number, and start surfin'.
EDIT - No, I hadn't got it. NOW, I got it. They're actually quite cheap. Oopsie...

Sorry, but I think it will not be possible for you to get the coin! Everybody wants this coin! On ebay you will pay the double or triple price! I tried to get this coin last year, and although I am a customer at the Austrian Mint I did not get one. But you can try to make a reservation for the 2006 coin...
