Eurokolikot tuntuvat katoavan keräilijöille. Minäkin olen saanut vain 20 centin saksalaisen kolikon.

Coins seem to end up to collectors. I have only got one German 20 cent coin.

Seteleitä olen kolmen kuukauden aikana saanut ihan kivasti. Kiitos Lapin kasvavan ulkomaisen matkailun. Täällä Lapissa on todella kansainvälinen meininki nykyään ja vain vähän omia asukkaita. Luultavasti isoon kaupunkiin kuten Helsinkiin ulkomaiset rahat katoavat helposti.

I´m pleased with the number of notes I´ve got in past three months. Thanks the growing international tourism. Lapland is very international place nowadays and not that many people live here. In a big city like Helsinki foreign notes tend to dissapear easily, I think.

Laitanpa listan seteleistäni: :)
Here is a list of my notes:

 Saksa/Germany 5 5€, 5 10€, 1 20€ yhteensä/total 11
 Ranska/France 1 5€, 1 10€, 3 20€ yhteensä/total 5
 Hollanti/Netherlands 1 5€, 1 10€ yhteensä/total 2
 Espanja/Spain 1 10€, 1 20€ yhteensä/total 2
 Kreikka/Greece 1 20€ yhteensä/total 1
 Itävalta/Austria 1 10€ yhteensä/total 1
 Italia/Italy 1 20€ yhteensä/total 1

Loput 202 seteliä ovat suomalaisia. Kaikki on pantu takaisin kiertoon.
The rest of the notes (202) are Finnish. I put every note I get back to circulation.

Tuppaavathan nuo aika nopeaa tahtia siirtymään kiertoonkin, nuo setelinperhanat.

Pienen tutkimusaineiston perusteella myyjät katselevat aika tarkkaan saamiaan vaihtorahoja -- parissa kaupassa käyttämäni muunmaalaiset eurokolikot näyttivät aiheuttavan pientä kuhinaa. Yhden ainoan kerran olen saanut saksalaisen euron koko kevään aikana. Tosin muoviraha on yleisin valuuttani.

Seteleitä on tullut useamminkin, ehkä siksi että niin moni ei osaa erottaa eri maiden seteleitä toisistaan tai seteleiden kerääminen on kallista. Ei ne munkaan kädessä kauaa viihdy.

Sorry about no translation - my brains only function in Finnish at this time of the day.

Here's what I got:

Finland: 2€, 1€, 50c, 20c, 10c, 5, 2c, 1c
Germany: 2€, 1€, 20c, 10c, 5c
Spain: 50c, 20c, 5c
Greece: 2€, 1€, 50c
Italy: 1€, 10c (Italian 1€ is the coolest coin so far)
France: 10c
Netherlands: 2€
Portugal: 1€
Belgium: 2€

I've got all of my coins through normal circulation i.e. I haven't swapped/bought them from anyone. Strange, that I haven't seen more French coins.

Looks that 1E and 2E are the most popular.
The only coins I haven't seen in circulation here in Belgium are Finnish coins. But I've spread some Finns. Probably, they'll be in a coin collection at the moment  . Last weeks, there are quit a lot Luxembourg euro's over here  .

I already found a coin from every country in circulation (the 12 main countries).

I found a 50ct from Finland in a cocacola vending machine at Barajas, the Madrid airport.
Same for Ireland 50ct en Austrian 50ct.
I also got a 10 cent from Ireland from the vending machine at school 2 weeks ago.
I also got some French, Dutch, German, Luxemburg and sometimes Spanish and Italian coins.

My dad once got a 50ct from Greece, and I got 50ct, 1eur and 2eur from Portugal on my Eastern holidays in Spain.
Tiger : Dutch, English, French, German
Little Spanish and Italian
Trying Finnish and Japanese :)

no, no Finnish, Portuguese and Austrian coins in belgium..;.
Well, I got several Austrian coins from my grandparents who went to Austria, but I don't see that as 'circulation in Belgium'...
