Summer-EBTM and Winter-EBTM

Hey,

Last week all the former headorganisers of the official eurobilltrackersmeetings were together to discuss the next eurobilltrackersmeeting.

We had a big discussion about the future Eurobilltrackersmeetings. We have made a decision and there is no discussion possible anymore:

Starting from now on there will be two official Eurobilltrackermeetings. One will be called the Summeredition (Summer-EBTM) and the other will be called the Winteredition (Winter-EBTM).

This is decided because we would like to reach different candidates and different participants and since the meetings getting bigger and bigger, there is a growing demand for an extra EBTM.

The summeredition will take place in the summer (July, August or September), the winteredition will take place in the winter (January, February, March). It's up to the candidates to decide when it fits them best.

The first EBTM that will follow is, Summer-EBTM08, followed by Winter-EBTM09 followed by Summer-EBTM09, Winter-EBTM10,...

For some countries maybe would be easier to prepare a winter meeting, so that's a good idea
