Draft of the program (more details will be added in the next weeks)
Friday 23th of July 2010
Pre-meeting: it is probable that many people will arrive in Florence during the afternoon, so we can organize something of unufficial during the evening: a pizza, for example.
Saturday 24th of July 2010
Day dedicated to the visit of the town. A tour will be organized across Florence and its main monuments, the tour will take the whole morning and part of the afternoon. Packed launch.
Evening: social dinner with typical food and wines from Florence and the environnments.
Sunday 25th of July 2010
Day dedicated to the general assembly. The assembly will be organized in the hall of an hotel in the downtown; we will start at 10;00 and we hope to end at 13;00, then we will have a soft launch (buffet) in the same hotel.
The afternoon will be free: banks are closed (alas!), but it will be possible to have shopping or to visit the “Uffizi” museum (prenotation needed)
Monday 26th of July 2010
Post-meeting: if someone would like to enjoy a little bit more Tuscany, we can travel to Pisa (about 1h by train), visiting the leaning tower and its the Middle-Age downtown, having a tipical launch from Pisa and... visit some banks

Bank information
In Italy, banks are usually open from Monday to Friday. During the morning they are surely open from 8;30 to 13;00, sometime to 13;20. In the afternoon it may change from bank to bank, but usually it is something like 15;00-17;00.
If you want to go and change money, please have with you an identity document: somewhere is needed (but not everywhere).
