That's great news :)

I'm in Ireland about once every 6 weeks, so that increases my chances of a hit :)

Stats for me:

151 :flag-ie: K/T notes, no hits.

265 notes entered in :flag-ie: Ireland, 1 hit :)

:flag-ie: K/T notes entered in 14 countries in addition to :flag-ie: Ireland 8O :D :flag-uk: 14, :flag-es: 7, :flag-fr: 4, :flag-de: 3, :flag-it: 3, :flag-gr: 1, :flag-be: 1, :flag-nl: 1, Image 1, Image 1, Image 1, Image 1, Image 1 :!: and Image 1 :!: :!:

I especially like these two (1) (2), the first 5 digits are the same.

I was in Ireland last year (184 notes, 94 of which :flag-ie: :flag-ie: K/T), and I might have helped a bit with that year's record, but I doubt if I'll visit Ireland this year. I hope to go there in 2010 again.

And K/T out of Ireland? That one in Belgium and 14 here in the Netherlands. Still have to find a H/T or (with the luck of the Irish even a F/T) anywhere.

Edit: And strange enough, all but one K/T :note-20: have Trichet's signature.
My NIG stats have finally disappeared. My EBTST stats are still available.

In September second time above 10.000 notes entered in Ireland

September ended on the second place with 38 notes behind August.
With one day less that means that the dayly input is still growing.

Now for Ireland for 2009 298.39 notes a day

Keep up the good work

I'll be back in Ireland in mid-November, and hopefully once more before the end of 2010 just before Xmas (but not definitely). I'm not sure if the company I work for has noticed that all my bills (hotel, restaurants, petrol) get paid for in cash rather than the company Amex when I'm in Ireland...

After the cleaning of Peadar06's notes it is once again possible to find statistics for Ireland.
My calculations show that the goa lof 100,000 notes entered in Ireland in one year can now be attained with an average entering rate of 129.857 notes per day.

Well, the figure of 100,000 notes entered in Ireland in a single year has been attained with just over a month left so perhaps 110,000 is possible.

Now the bad news. There have been 8673 notes entered in Ireland this month without a single hit being obtained.

Well, Ireland finished the year on a high.
The number of notes entered in 2009 was 112649 which is more than double that of the previous best year (2008)
December was also a record with 11222 notes entered.
The number of hits obtained was 99 which is also a record, however the hit ratio deteriorated slightly from 1038.26 notes/hit in 2008 to 1137.86 notes/hit in 2009.

In 2010 there were 166441 notes entered in Ireland (47.8% improvement over 2009), with 163 hits obtained (61.4% improvement), which makes a good ratio of 1021.11 notes/hit.

Much of notes and hits are from Dalkey now, so well done japh, well done!
Dalkey now number one in :flag-ie: !
Anyone who comes to Dublin I strongly recommend to take time and visit Dalkey village, it’s not only beautiful place, it’s a best place to score a Euro :flag-ie: -Hit :D

Next time, next time... I made it down to Dun Laoghaire last year, so just around the corner, but will have to make a more dedicated effort next trip (although sadly my trips to Ireland are less frequent since I changed job in September - and two of my customers felt the full impact of the recession and closed their doors  )
