1. La Marina, near Alicante (13.7% of notes) - this is our most common holiday destination as my wife's parents own a house there

2. Newcastle-upon-Tyne (12.2% of notes) - the nearest big city to where I live; probably only about 20% of the notes I enter as Newcastle are actually from Newcastle city centre, as I also enter notes at NCL airport as Newcastle, even though it's about 15 km outside the city

3= West Monkseaton (6.6% of notes) - the small town near the coast where I lived for the last 7 years (until February)
3= Amsterdam (6.6% of notes, and exactly the same number as WM at the moment, although likely to take over 3rd place by itself) - in fact, this is Schiphol airport mostly, as it's the most common airport I use for flight connections

So the year 2009 is way over and it's time to see if I my prediction was correct.

Not really what I expected back then. First of all, those amounts are way larger than I could ever guess. Another silly thing is that I don't really have that much notes from Hirvensalmi, because I had serious problems with changing money in town's only bank. Hirvensalmi is now 4th with 2181 notes. Liperi is 5th and last time 4th ranked Kuopio is currectly 10th.

Yet another year has passed and nothing has really changed...
