I found this note and i see it with my eyes, i see M. For certainty i see with a magnifying glass.
I showed this note a T R I N A K R I E N, because he is the Special One of the note.
We don't joke with serious stuff.

It seems to be an H overprinted with a blue-violet stamp, which turned it into an M

Meine Scheine die ich auf dem zug bekomme werden immer an dem letzten abgefahrenen Bahnhof eingegeben
dazu schreib ich immer die Zugnummer und den Laufweg damit das besser nach zu voll ziehen ist

Probably it's an optical effect, caused from slobber in the ink (also in the 1 of J016).
