User Lexiepexie enters a lot of bills from Ovar, which is in Portugal - but with country SAN MARINO.
There was one hit

Portugal and San Marino are near in the little window for me it's only an error...there are many other hits (and users) to investigate!!!!

Maybe one administrator could please correct the country flag of this hit and all bills entered at Ovar on that same time - thank you

And there are plenty more hits between the two users SCHPOL and fazant. Seems a clear case for moderation to me. However, despite having mentioned these users more than once, their "hits" are still not moderated...
