If you are using http://chat.ircnet.org/ than better use your own nickname (or if unavailable your nick with a number behind it).

Otherwise there will be too many spods

When I log in than he is going to the chatbox but than he don't do anything it is a whit page.

Let the white area be there for five or ten minute. Might be the net connection between you and the ircing site just happens to act slowly today.

But than there is when I put ctrl alt delete than there is near the irc ''Reageert niet'' (no reaction)

in the mirc type: /server irc1.us.ircnet.net and then when you are connected type: /join #EBT

After you have connection to server it would be good idea to give /nick Your nickname, then /join #EBT. Ofcourse, this step is not required if nickname is configured with mIRC options.

I'm not familiar with mIRC. But the servers that are chosen apparently have a ban on everyone that comes in from the planet.nl domain.

I don't know how you can specify other servers in mIRC, but you might try one of the following servers (since you are coming from a .nl domain):

irc.snt.utwente.nl
irc.uunet.nl
ircd.uunet.nl
irc.xs4all.nl
irc.snt.ipv6.utwente.nl
irc.ipv6.xs4all.nl
irc.sci.kun.nl
krakeling.snt.utwente.nl
