Your avatar, what does it means?

Mine it's a tribal drawing made by my self, it rappresent a "db" in a tribal shape which are the initial letters of my surname. All my friend dont' call me Massimiliano but with the nickname of my surname (Debe). That's it!
I've done stickers of it and I have it in my motorbike, in my helmet and one day it my become a tatoo on my ankle

Mine is the dart team's logo where I play.
Its name's Dirty Darts, of course

It's a shark that bite a dartboard, I took the idea from a german on-line dart store and a friend drew it.

My first avatar, that I use now, is part of a photo of one of my sons. The time the picture was taken he had about 2 years old. Now he has 4. When I have some time I will try to put all my three sons in my avatar.

I found my avatar by searching for "gollum". The reason for choosing Gollum is because I strongly associate myself with that creature. Its way of moving is really nice to imitate and I like its attitude in many ways.
The pic I managed to find doesn't really resemble what I've imagined Gollum to be, but actually manages to look a lot like me.
I really do look quite a lot like my avatar in real life. I think it's in the eyes. I also can imagine myself climbing up from a swamp and happily saying "Blioerp-hiz! :)"
The creature is ugly and unstylish almost on purpose but yet is not actually scary at all. You can see it's actually showing a loving, friendly smile.

I think the picture fairly perfectly pictures me as I think of myself: Maybe a bit slimy but when you get to know it, you notice it only wants to be happy :)

And, that I never change my avatar, also tells a lot of what I am.

I find it very important that my avatar tells as much about me as possible. And I think I have achieved that quite well, haven't I? :)

A few years ago, while in school, our class had to write several "free-choice texts" per year. A very close friend of mine entered something completely different from the rest of the class (which were writing letters, short stories, etc...): a resumé, with the name he made up, "Ernesto Judaico dos Rosbiffes" - literally, "Jewish Ernest of the Roast Beefs"

By the end of the year we started writing a story of his life, and decided it would be the our final text of the year. Our story had he, together with Oliver Kahn, to create a television channel by 2012 (among many other things - he happens to win Nobel Prizes, go to the South Pole, etc. Kid's imagination, you know what it's like). In the end we presented our Portuguese teacher a book with 92 pages.

She almost freaked out.

Then one day, during a class in a room which had computers we entered the url "www.tvok.de" (because TVOK was based in Munich). To our enormous surprise the site already existed. However neither of us owns that site, so I can't say what it will become.

Yes, too bad you don't understand Portuguese, or else you could read it.

BTW, I've googled TVOK and apparently it's also a taiwanese television channel or something

And actually the story behind being Oliver Kahn and not any other player is because my friend was a very good goalkeeper during our school football games that he earned that nickname.

My avatar is the logo of Nomadi, the italian rock-pop music group.
They are active since 1963, and every year play more than 120 live concerts in Italy and Swiss.
