I'm in a Trappist mood again. This evening, I'll order an Orval, probably.

This evening, I have had a good Warsteiner again - to me probably the best German beer.
Meine Angst, dass die Autokorrektur einmal etwas Obszönes ausspuckt, wichst täglich.

I had an Orval on a warm terrace, this evening. A perfect night.

There are some good French beers, but sorry, dear friends, Kronenbourg is not among them. I especially liked the Coreff, from the likewise Breton brewery. Impossible to find in Belgium, of course...
In Luxemburg, I prefer Bofferding. It has a little more taste, although it still is not more than an ordinary pils.
An interesting site (in French): http://www.bierebel.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, a Belgian site, but with an important international section.

Estrella Damm, Voll-Damm or Mortiz. All three from Barcelona (those attending S-EBTMeeting would be able to taste it and give an opinion )

Estrella is not that bad... for a lager. No opinion on the Moritz, as I didn't drink that one yet.
This evening another Orval.

Estrella is a pilsener, stronger one, but pilsener. Damm's larger is the other Damm's beer I quote, Voll-Damm.groentje wrote:Estrella is not that bad... for a lager.

Oh, sorry, then. I'm not that much into pilseners either.
Another day, another beer from my fridge: a brown beer from the Brasserie de Bellevaux in Malmédy.

uh! Heineken seems to be very good... !
I use to drink Ichnusa
But sometimes I like trying new tastes, when I visit new cities or new pubs I ask for something I've never drank before.
A particular one is Rauchbier aus Bamberg
A very nice handmade beer is Groeninger (in Hafen City-Hamburg)
