router trouble this time. at some point i have replaced all hardware with new one... 
PS: so it was not router trouble. it was a combination of a power failure (http://www.abendblatt.de/hamburg/articl ... orbei.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
electrical power outage because of a shortage in a nuclear power plan) and my incompetence while configuring linux. so no need to replace hardware and still hope that the server runs fine some times....
