La Place post code

Post by Petri6 »

Since it was off topic and we were warned about this, I had not other recall to make another topic about the subject.

Yes, trying to determine the postal codes for your own notes is indeed offtopic for the suspicious notes&users topic, good call from Phaseolus.

The correct postal code might be one of these or something entirely different. Good luck.

To me the information you found on the receipt didn't help finding the address of the restaurant. The second line "winkel 432", translated to "store 432", will be the best clue to find out.

On the website of the restaurant I've submitted a question in which I ask for the address of store 432. I hope I will get an answer.

That's not useful. Because a number starting with 0900 in The Netherlands is a paid number. The number is not linked to a geographical location. You can see in the Google search results that a lot of cities are mentioned: Delft, 's-Gravenhage, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Amersfoort etc.

Why do you not, ga naar La Place en een koffie kopen.
Kijk naar de kassabon.

and then you will see what winkel you are in.

That's an option. But what if the number of the store is not te same as the number printed on the receipt that petri6 has?

Most time it isn't a good thing to keep all the tickets you get, but in this case it could be helpful.

I've looked at the tickets of La Place I've got the last month, but unfortunately the right number isn't there with it.

The "shop-numbers", I've with me, are:
404: Hoofddorp (Highway A4, Amsterdam  Den Haag, = "Bridge-restaurant")
413: Delft (Highway A13, Den Haag  Rotterdam)
419: Rotterdam (Shopping Center "Alexandrium")
420: Hazeldonk (Highway A16, Breda  Antwerpen)

I've visited two other restaurants of La Place earlier, I'll look for those tickets when I'm home, but I think I've already threw them away :( .

Unfortunately, the link shows all of the Netherlands.
But here you can see the rest-area where the restaurant is ("Verzorgingsplaats De Somp").

Oops. I had a marker on the map at that location. I thought that this would stay on the map if I made a link of it, but I didn't check. Thanks eddy!

Thank you so much for your help everybody (especially googlejaps)! If I could ask for one more thing, I would like to use the name of the municipality for the sake of consistency (this used to be a very hot topic among Finnish members) and the wikipedia tells me that Klarenbeek is divided between the municipalities of Apeldoorn and Voorst. So which one do you think is the right one?
