Luckily I can read Greek. From what I have read, it seems they have found this via our repost of the 100 million note news in Menéame in mid-January...

At the moment the followers of EBT_NEWS Twitter channel are about 200. We could try to push up the #Eurobilltracker hashtag for one day: we could ask to the followers if during a short lack of time (e.g. from 6;00 PM to 8;00 PM in a day X) to tweet something with this hashtag.

We have to choose a day, then one week before we can tweet something like
"Help us making Eurobilltracker climbing up the hashtag ranking: the day XX XX XXXX between 6;00 and 8;00 PM (CET) just tweet something with the hashtag #Eurobilltracker".
Or maybe, easier
"Let's try to get #Eurobilltracker hashtag of the day! XX XX XXXX, between 6;00 and 8;00 PM (CET) just tweet something with the hashtag #Eurobilltracker".
Then a remind the day before and then....
