Euro ATMs have appeared to Copenhagen Kastrup airport. They were pretty much everywhere. One was located in main Check-In hall in the corner diagonally opposite Hilton Hotel. Two more were when entering Gates B pier and another when going direction A Gates. I assume there are several more. I tested one and took 40€, got 2x20e. Notes were circulated ones.

So far it looks like only standard 0,75€ my bank takes from foreign euro withdrawals and nothing extra.

What about Croatia?

Are there any cash dispensers containing Euro notes?

I've never seen one, I doubt it and also a quick web search gives no sign of them.

btw, I was today in a (small) post office in Croatia, they didn't want to exchange part of a larger € note (e.g. €15 out of €50, returning €35 in euro notes). I haven't had a problem with that in banks so far.

Euros are widely circulating in Croatia and exchange offices are all over the place, sometimes attached to bars, restaurants, shops, petrol stations etc in smaller places, so you shouldn't have a problem with finding € in Croatia.

I found an ATM in Edinburgh Airport that gave me euros (old :note-20: notes) - just after the security gates. It accepted my foreign card (with fees).

I spotted several € ATMs in Gibraltar last year. But euros are excepted everywhere and you get euros back as change.

A slightly bit of old news, but I don't think it was reported here yet.

Map of Euro ATMs at London Underground stations:

there's a Nordea ATM that gives € in the centre of Aarhus :flag-dk:

Note: only gives € with a danish card and will automatically charge the card in DKK (at an acceptable, but not great exchange rate)..

On this site from Sweden you can search for ATMs issueing Euro (many!), Pound (just 2), US Dollar (only 1), Danish crown (a few), Norwegian crown (only 1): http://bankomat.se/privat-2/hitta-automater" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I'm probably going to Copenhagen end of September/beginning of October and might be tempted to travel along the Øresund ;-)

You could try some of the more quiet areas like Acton Town (where I've been last week) or perhaps Amersham and Watford :-)
