Yes, when I visit next time in Belgium
I just spread some Cypriot
in Belgium and neighbour countries, but didn't see so much German
. Instead I get almost only Draghi
, Finnish, French and Dutch ones.

The new M/M fivers are being distributed all over Portugal at the moment. That is, if you can find one of the relatively few
ATM's that carry fivers. Got a handful of M002/M's in Lisbon today.
