I already posted this in the german forum but maybe this forum is the better place...
On saturday I got a 10 euro note (from a Commerzbank ATM in a city next to Frankfurt am Main) that has non matching serials. It differs in just one digit. Its press-code(?) is K006G3 which means it must've been printed in Ireland. It has all the security details but I didn't let a bank check it yet (they might take it away? ). Anyone else experienced such a note yet? I'm not a collector so I'm thinking about getting rid of that thing on ebay -> wrong move?
Rather funny... but any explanation?? I am as surprised as... don't know, but really surprised! maybe it is a printing mistake?

You gotta love Ebay. :/ They canceled my first auction stating you can't sell stocks(?), except if they got a collectors value. Someone bidding 101.- on a 10.- note looks like it has to me :/ Gonna try it again this evening (180480594203). Anyone else experienced problems with ebay selling euro notes?
When I see the state that those bills are in it makes me feel sad that the Europeans don´t feel anything special for the Euro, how is it that before they reach the hands of some one cracy like us those bills where never taken out of circulation by somebody, in the states those bills would have never left the banks where they where sitting, because the teller would know that such bills will be worth alot of money several years down the road. And if by any chance they did left the safe of the bank sooner rather than later (like here in Europe) some John/Jane Doe would have noticed that theres something weird with this bill. Something weird now = lots of money in the future.Sad that we Europeans in general (not us, of course) don´t have a real love for the €
