The Cyrillic version of EURO:
EBPO

ECB in Romanian and Bulgarian languages respectively:
BCE (this already exixst on euronotes, no addition needed)
ЕЦБ (addition needed)

Will be interesting to see whether such additional elements are actually added merely because the signature changes. They might as well be added later, once the notes get new security features and (minor) design modifications anyway.

As far as I can tell, apart from ЕЦБ (already mentioned), Hungarian/EKB and Polish/EBC would have to be added. But as I wrote, the current series will in my opinion not have those additional elements. Changing the signature is one thing - modifying the design (e.g. the currency name at the bottom) is something that should be done as part of the overall redesign.

You forgot to mention the Maltese BĊE (not the same as BCE).

Or will the new series start only in 2013 and not already in 2012?
