Yes , I'm possitive about it . Have it in front of me here , nice and shiny and 2006 . One for my collection .

The 5c from greece is brown allready .

I think France makes silver coins for collectors with denomination "1/4 €". These are as much collectors coins as the 5€ and 10€ coins, with the difference that they don't ever sell them for their face value :roll:

Right; here is an example of such a "25 cent" coin:
