Hi,
on 30th October 2009 the first Helmbrechts-EBT-Meeting will take place. Location is the greek restaurant in the Kulmbacher Straße, at 19:00. We don't really expect participants from outside Helmbrechts, but if anyone is crazy enough you're welcome!

Short info for visitors:
* Helmbrechts has a train station, but the last train leaves at some minutes past eight in the evening.
* motorway exit: Münchberg-Nord (A9)
* airport Hof/Plauen (connection to Frankfurt/Main) and special airport "Ottengrüner Haide" for gliders directly in Helmbrechts.

This year's final edition of the Viennese EBT meeting will commence on Monday, November 23rd, 2009 starting at 6:00 pm.
Everybody is welcome to join, but if you intend to do so, please announce your participation in the Vienna thread.

There will be a Dutch meeting in the city of Helmond. It is located in South-East of the Netherlands. At the moment there is still a voting for the date, it will be december 12th or december 19th. Of course everyone who wants to come is invited. The full program has not been set yet but there will be a special kind of tour. This will be a surprise as long as possible. There are a few hotels in the city, Eindhoven Airport is just 40 minutes away and we have good train connections. Also if you want to come, please sent me a PM.

In one week the 6th Portuguese EBT Meeting will take place, on the 14th November 2009, at Ançã and Cantanhede, in the centre of Portugal: more information on this topic.



As Schlauchen said three posts before for a similar situation, we don't really expect participants from outside Portugal, but if anyone is crazy enough you're welcome.
