Scribbling on notes

Three possibilities:
1. This is arab...
2. Duisenberg himself worte something on that note. Just compare the letters to his signature.

3. It was Trichet in fact who needed some paper to train his signature (which was made on a Duisenberg note as no Trichet notes existed that days)
