You cannot delete any posts yourself, ask a moderator of the respective forum section to do it for you. However, you could edit your post - for example, you could replace your text by "deleted".

But what then, if respective forum moderator is not willing to delete my post at my request . What is better? Replace deleted text with "deleted", as you said, or just delete all text (clear the whole post window) and replace it with nothing .
