Is it possible to change a vote? Can you change this possibility on some poll settings? Where are those settings, if so?

In fact, the question is just a joke, however you phrase it. It's purposefully unanswerable, since you can't answer it until you test it, and then if you test it and there's no way to change your vote, your answer might be wrong.
I wish the poll were re-votable, though, and I still don't have any answer on how to do that.
