In spanish questions we use ¿ but here in internet we don't use it...

¿Que hora es? --> what time is it?

(you can see it in dakkus' post :wink: )

and we use ¡! <-- Both as the question

¡Deprisa! --> hurry!

I know that, I saw it on televiseon a very long time ago, someone was searching for a person in Malaga.
I saw it on some kind of a poster.

Is Spanish the only language where they use the ¿ and the ¡
