I've got a 5 euro bill here ...

Post by Homerken »

This stamp stands on it ...

Bar Comes
? Mazza M.
Piazza Comes, 27 - Portici(NA)
Tel. 081.4834?3 - fax 081.2565111
e-mail: ricevito.?acomes@vizza?

Now we are searching on the dutch forum the solution of our problem ... to find the correct e-mail address or the correct fax number ...

Now I thought ... maybe our Italian friends can help us to resolve this case

It's a real mystery :p and the bill is almost 1700 km 'from home' ...

That is most likely to be a cafe` where you can also play Lotto and other similar games. That's what "ricevitoria" means.
Oh, by the way, in Italy when we call "bar" a place, it means most likely a cafe`, where people go to have coffee, chat with other people, have coffee, use the toilet, have coffee, have breakfast (including coffee), drink something, have coffee, watch TV, have coffee, buy lottery tickets, have coffee, place bets for the Lotto, have coffee.

Did I mention the coffee?

I'd guess that the voice phone is 081.483423, because it belongs to a Maurizio Mazza, and the address is the same.

You can see it at http://www.paginebianche.it/pb/numero?b ... 081.483423 (you can also get a map).

The fax number is not in Portici, it is most certainly in Naples itself.
It's not listed on the directory, so it's either wrong, disconnected, or very private.
The email is almost certainly ricevitoriacomes@something, because most bars also act as a ricevitoria.
The domain could be vizzavi.it which no longer exists (I think it gets redirected to something at vodafone.it)

So you could try ricevitoriacomes@vizzavi.it

I'd recommend writing them in italian :-)

By the way I didn't receive yet a report of 'failure' ... maybe it's the right e-mail address ... let's hope so :P

That should have been "Buona Sera"... a "serra" is a greenhouse!

Meine Angst, dass die Autokorrektur einmal etwas Obszönes ausspuckt, wichst täglich.
