"Brainstorm about meeting" -> A new one...!?

Dears,

Mikoyan, Eurostyle and myself have had today a small meeting together, to preview and/or organize a meeting in LIEGE (Belgium). This meeting will probably do between october 2011 and march 2012. We will have a 2nd "brainstorming" small meeting in september 2011. We will inform you of all about this future belgian meeting (date, place of rendez-vous, activities, eating places, hotels...) as soon as possible

(question: if you're brainstorming meeting is in september, would the date of October a possible date? I mean: wouldn't this to be too soon to organise everything?)

1) Thanks a lot, eddy ! As we'll have more informations about this, we'll create a specific thread in "the French part" of the EBT-forum
2) We would like to organize this meeting with a big encoder of the region...this guy comes back to Belgium between end of October 2011 and March 2012.
