S-EBTM 2019 Lille (23.- 25.8.2019) Phones number
+33 is the international "calling code" for France. dial +33 3.... for Lille (never dial zero before second digit number to call EX: 03...)
for example if you call tourist office in Lille you have to dial +33 359 579 400 if you have to call transport company named Ilevia dial +33 320 40 40 40 both number are local/landline number no extra charge
If a number begins with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, then it is a landline number (see here to know where the call comes from), if there is a 06 or 07 it's a mobile phone number, if it begins with 0800 and 0805 it's a "numero verde" (toll-free number). There are other kinds of numbers, such as those beginning with 082 to 089, or short numbers that are special numbers ( mainly by phone companies),
1 is used for emergencies: 112 (general emergency number: if you need help, call it), 17 (police), 18 (firefighters),
eg. (0)320 - means that the call is coming from Lille

Re: S-EBTM 2019 Lille (23.- 25.8.2019) Tips & Tricks
If you cross the border around Lille and visit Belgium, please remind that the linguistic borders are rather strange :
from southeast to northwest :
Tournai, Mouscron are in french speaking area.
then you have ; Kortrijk (Courtrai), Wevelgem, Menen (Menin), Geluve, Wervik ( not to be confused with Wervicq-Sud ) these towns are in flemish speaking area,
then you have Comines (Komen) (not to be confused with Comines ) , Warneton, Gher, Ploegsteert, le Bizet, these towns belong to the french speaking area
then, you arrive north-western of Le Bizet, Nieuwkerke (Neuve-Eglise) - Dranouter, Westhouter, Poperinge, Ieper (Ypres) belong to the flemish speaking area.
And when you drive back to , keep in mind that, in the flemish area, the names of french towns are written in flemish : Rijsel is Lille , Belle is Bailleul, Armentiers is Armentières, Haluijn is Halluin, Hazebroek is Hazebrouck...

Oh, not even at the post offices? My reference is still a 2011 article by Guy Sohier on Bulletin Numismatique (n.º 87, p. 28), titled "Les billets de 5€ et les DAB…" No longer valid?
