The new Support System is now available! Use it to comfortably edit or delete notes, request moderation or unmoderation of a hit or merge your account with another EBT user by submitting an appropriate request.
Our Support Team can then take action and take care of these common tasks. This should be MUCH quicker than previously, especially for tasks which had required admin attention in the past (deletion of notes, merging user accounts).
Also note that "super users" (1000+ notes entered) are now able to edit multiple notes at once by filing an appropriate support request. The interface for these requests is a little more complex, but if you managed to register more than 1000 notes at EBT you'll be able to figure it out
