Country hit ratio

Here's a country ranking I'd like to see along the Notes and Hits rankings. It's the Hit Ratio per country (hit ratio = hits / notes). Only the relevant numbers are here (I chose two cumulative criteria for relevancy: minimum 1500 notes and 5 hits):

Wow, thanks for your effort! I wouldn't expect to find a country with a hit ratio even worse than ours in Spain ;).

Hmm interesting. So EBT is reporting that Portugal as a whole has either more notes or less hits (or both) than the sum of all its regions.

A hit like this one is a hit between two regio's. So, on country level it's one for Portugal. But on regional level it's one for Lisboa and one for Portimão. That's why the sum of hits of all regions is lager than on national level. So, you can't compare a national hitratio with a regional hit ratio.

So, what means number of "notes" on the right hand side? Does it mean the number of individual notes or the number of note inserts?
