Graphs - EBT growth
Graphs - EBT growth
Updated 18-02-2005
I thought I'd share the graphs from some of the statistics I keep. I'll try to update them regularly.
Here you can see the growth in notes and hits over the last 5 months. Unfortunately as I am relatively new here, I only have the data for this since last September.
From the diffusion page, here is the amount of notes per country per month and the cumulative amounts since the beginning of EBT. The data includes a projection for the current month. Note therefore that the cumulative totals may appear different from the countries/bills statistics page.
Taking all countries together, we get the following graph. I have added the exponential tendency (optimistic!). If we keep growing at the same rate we will enter a million notes a month within one year!

Wow, interesting data!
I think black line is Germany, red is Belgium, blue is Finland and orange is Netherlands.Yannn wrote:But it's not so easy to guess which colour represents which country in the big graph showing the notes entered per country and per month.
Kedvenc állatam a hörcsög; ha rálépek, szörcsög.
Thanks for the positive comments.
And there should also be a blue for Greece, another green for Ireland and a white for Luxembourg that maybe I'll change to something more visible.
The legend will come this weekend. Maybe I'll also put on another graph zoomed in for the countries with less notes. I also have another graph somewhere of cumulative notes per country, which is also quite interesting.
As I always update my own graphs when I'm at home, I'll upload a new screen grab each week (probably every Friday) so they will update automatically.
Oh, and I think I will change from JPEGs to GIFs.

OK, I'll say August 2005 for 10.000.000. Let's see who wins
I've updated the graphs.
The progress of notes and hits per day is still going well and the number of notes needed for a hit is still falling steadily.
For the monthly figures, and despite only 28 days this month, we can clearly see strong growth in February for Portugal, Italy and above all Greece due to user DIVOL. Will Greece soon overtake France in notes entered per month?
Also due to the 28 days, it looks like we may be back under 500.000 notes for February, though I'm sure this won't happen in March
