I think this listing will be ruled by users gathering notes and just entering them in one day. But I guess the figures will turn interesting in the long term when users really entering loads of notes are more visible.

Well zwettie was already once set to zero. And he just keep entering. There's nothing real with him.
I know that fakers make keeping this list a bit hard.
