That's why I see this working group focus on the different aspects of the database.
The suspicious users is one of them, but the problem of clearing the databse of not-active, zero (or 1 or 2 notes) after a certain period is also an issue to tackle and another very important one is to keep the database alive... How to reactivate non-active users?
But the special topic has to be created first...
Can one of the moderators organize this for me???
Fully agree with this !!!
One other job of this WG is also for me to find and reassign all users that are in "ville inconnue" (unknown city ?) in each country.

For the Web dev. WG it'll be interesting to have the choice in any ranking list to made it "with or without inactive people". It has been try but it's not possible in the present version of the base ...
Nombre de hits simple : 71 dont 50 internationaux et 3 sans découverte en France.
Nombre de triple hits : 1
Meilleur classement mondial : 318
Meilleur classement national : 13

Hi there, I'd like to volunteer for the Database WG. :)
(I don't know if this is possible, though, since I'm not yet a member of A2E...)

The assembly in Ljubljana came (after a debat) to the conclusion, that WG members are not required to be members of A2E.
Therefore, that won't be an obstacle.

I would, however, kindly request you to become a member of the A2E, because that way our nice little hobby is kept alive and the 10€ for sure won't be killing you :)

Now that I think of it.. Who chooses who is allowed to join a WG? All current participiants of the WG or the WG's maintainer? Or the chief of the board of directors? Or all of us A2E members?
I don't remember having seen a written rule about that.

I'd like to do so when our bank account actually exists. I'm not that comfortable with sending banknotes by mail :D

This topic in silent for over a year, but I am following "instructions".

Regarding this appeal from Nerzhul:
Re: Upcoming regional features
Mensagempor Nerzhul » Quarta Set 01, 2010 11:06 am
Malta and France are active now, too. Greece, Slovakia and Cyprus are being worked on currently.

That makes Portugal and Finland the only big remaining Euro countries with no regions. We're still looking for volunteers ;-)

Mensagem para a equipa de apoio:

Upcoming regional features. I am hereby volunteering for the team caring for Portugal division in additional administrative divisions of a country (Bundesländer, Provinces, Departements etc)

Mensagem da equipa de apoio:

You probably will be welcome ... To do so, you've to create an account on EBT forum (if not already done) and visit the topics relative to "European Association of Eurobilltrackers" and in particular sub-topic concerning the "working groups or WG" Submit your proposal directly by a post on the significant topic. Regards
Let me know if I am on the correct topic.

funny to read that I was asked to do the opposite.

I first wrote on the forum asking to be a member of the group for administrative sub-divisions and I was asked to make my request through the support system...

Now i am a happy member of this group for administrative sub-divisions ; but as I only got little support I can hardly help plotting the cities. I am too stupid to understand the interface...
