The exact cutoff date is the GA date :
If you paid before this date, you paid for current year and have right to participate to the GA and vote during this GA for resolution & budget that board had put on the Agenda.
If you have participated to the GA and have paid during this GA
=> You have paid for 2012/2013 and obtain right to be and vote during the GA => Your name shall be on 2012/2013 members.
=> You have paid for 2013/1014 => Your namme shall be on 2013/2014 members and board has to notify you for next GA.
L'Ardennais : 1st July, is the cutoff date for the Financial year
=> This Date is for the tresorer and give him time to prepare the yearly Financial report for next GA.
