It doesn't matter with how many you are in your city or town. Everybody carries Euro's around (work, school, holiday, family). So there will always be a diffisusion of bills.
You will get a quicker response when you write 'www.eurobilltracker.com' on your notes. :P

Am otherway is to get some adresses here and exchange € 5,- notes with eachother

If you don't trust the one you're talking too, you shouldn't do the exchange. It's up to you. :P

What I meant was that if you send a note to someone to get a hit it will probably be considered cheating or faking a hit, I didn't mean cheating with the exchange

Go to your profile (not in the page where you can change it) and click on the city name, there you can see all users who have chosen your city as their default location

Actually, you can't see all of them if there are more than 180 users.

edit:330 now, thanks for the moderator, this is very useful.

I'm from Espoo, which has 172 users. The population of the city is 200834, so 0,09% of people use EBT.
Other towns around me:

Helsinki: (over 330 users, the oldest one I can see is from June 2002) / people: 539363 / percentage: (330 would make 0.06%)
Kauniainen: 2 users / 8515 people / 0.02% (the town is /inside/ Espoo)
Vantaa: 99 users / 171297 people / 0.06%
Kirkkonummi: 5 users / 28293 people / 0.02%
Vihti: 4 users (one is probably duplicate) / 23203 people / 0.02%
Nurmijärvi: (found one from "Nurmijarvi") / 30880 people / 0.00%

Checked the number of users per city this way:
http://www.eurobilltracker.eu/index.php ... eOfTheCity[/b]&country=TheCountryWhereTheCityIs

For those Finns interested in saying this the way I did: you can find populations of all towns from http://www.fennica.net .

BTW, euro area has 305,1 million people. There are currently 11927 EBT users. So, that would make a percentage of 0,0039%. And yes, I know there are a few users from outside the euro area. But that number isn't very big and I just forget it's existence ;)
