There's a remark begging to be made here. No offense, I just hád to do it...

And whenever you score everybody in the stadium can hear you scream in your girlfriend's room...

Anyway, on one side of the stadium there's the railway, on another there's a carpark, opposite there's a road and I don't think there are houses across. Which leaves the side opposite the one with the railroad, the south I think, where the main entrance and the Fanshop are situated. There are some low houses there, two or three stories at most.

God, I'm glad I only have to make the trip to Groningen once a year! If they're in the top division, anyway... 8)

It's a 12-hour round trip by train (plus a half-hour drive back and forth to the station) for 90 minutes of football. If it wasn't for the fact that it's a great opportunity to catch up on my reading, I'd wish teams like Heerenveen and Groningen would disappear...
