I am strongly suspicious about

R010. I've never seen a picture of it. Furthermore, there's no gap in the serial numbering between R009 (up to X159 + some replacement notes up to X170) and R011 (X160-X169 + some replacement notes at X159 and X170). On Mr. Sohier's liste, he actually attributes

R010/X the same value as all others R006-R011, which is intriguing.

The usually knowledgeable giulcenc claims there's S**001 and there is S001, although he doesn't claim anywhere that this plate and this serial number range are conneceted (table in pdf here).
Mr. Berriot quotes them at triple the price of the more common S/S plates.
Mr. Sohier lists them (although he still hasn't published his quotes for ).
Finally, there are at the moment 116 S001/S registered on EBT (source). This is not indicative of a real combination by itself. But here's how they are distributed: 48 in Italy, 33 in Austria, 15 in The Netherlands, 13 in Germany, the rest elsewhere (source). The obvious mistakes I can think of when one enters a S001/S are: the real denomination is , the real plate is S010, the real plate is S011. If these mistakes were happening equally, and all of the S001/S were mistakes, then, taking from the sum of notes per country registered up to now, the expected distribution would be something like 65 in Germany, 14 in Austria, 10 in Italy, 6 both in The Netherlands and in Belgium, and the rest elsewhere. Because this is very different from the current distribution, there's a slightly higher chance that there are real notes registered for this plate.

Not so fast. Quoting from the database heading: "Please note: Rows with less than 10 notes are excluded, as they're likely errors." For a very rare but real combination, it is possible in fact that fewer than 10 notes were registered on EBT. Also, in the general database log table (not the one detailed by country that you linked to), these two are listed:

Furthermore, almost all of the combinations you mention are rated RRRRR by Mr. Sohier. As he explains on his liste's heading, "Some combinations (RRRRR) are known as one, two or three copies, which seems - at first sight - inconceivable for banknotes in common use. They are unknown in the state new, because found in circulation. It is therefore extremly difficult in the immediate future to estimate a rating, however high it may be, for lack of sellers and therefore of market."

R026/G is quoted 1000€ and

R047/H is quoted 900€ (note that the "quotations include only the UNC state, i.e. perfectly new").

In sum, it's fair to assume that Mr. Sohier has some evidence of all of these, contrary to the weird

R010.

Side note: for these rare plates, at least some of the quotes on Mr. Berriot's site are really off and arguably unreliable:
