Still on the same list of links (http://eurobt.eu/links/?command=2097152;tab=2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

A lot of links are broken, not only the Spain one.

Here are the links that need a fix (and only those) :

Your Google Dotmap can now be animated! Just click on your dotmap at http://eurobilltracker.com/my_notes/?tab=4" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and select "Animated Dotmap" from the EBT menu.

It takes a couple of seconds to load, depending on your amount of dots but it's worth it. Have fun!

Please note for security reasons only you (personally) are able to view your animated dotmap, so you have to be logged in for this feature to work. Also Firefox (3.6) seems to choke on very large animations, so if it won't load in FF just use a different modern browser (but this should mostly concern bhoeyb ;-) )

In other news, there's now a semi-official EBT Twitter account! :-) I'll try to regularly tweet development and other EBT related news bits.

RSS feed doesn't seem to work in google reader.

I waited more than "a few seconds" (a couple of hours or so) and this message persists. Probably it's something you can do nothing about though...

Great feature!

It could however be handy (or more interesting) if it doesn't animate multiple dots at the same time.

Especially in the beginning I entered my notes from vacation all after that vacation. This means I've acquired multiple dots at the same day. In the animated clip I cannot really see how I've travelled as most dots appear at once. Should be easy ( i Think) to build in a feature that delays possible multiple dots.

Very nice feature nonetheless!

I suggest using a less ancient browser. FF4 can handle your dotmap animation just fine ;-)

No problem with FF 3.6 here.
