BTW, there's a big reorganisation of fylkekommunes coming up in Norway, they will disappear and be replaced by regions in 2020, and in preparation, already Trøndelag is a merger of Sør- and Nord-Trøndelag since the beginning of this year.
And is there a rule about how Denmarks entries are organised? I mean, it would seem Grenå (https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?city=138752) got merged into Norddjurs (https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?region=3410), but Hirtshals (https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?city=158564) is grouped differently within Hjørring (https://nl.eurobilltracker.com/profile/?region=3365), or am I missing something?

I'm not sure. I can see the dot on the note now, so the city is no longer a link to citymanager. I suppose that I see the dot whenever anyone sees it too, and exactly since the moment I see the dot the city stops linking to citymanager.
