Well, it's only 13 notes, If he got them from an ATM loaded with a bunch of new pooling notes. And If 5, 10 or 20e notes, it isn't even a lot of money.

How big is the chance that someone gets 20 or more consecutive Belgian notes in Germany ??
If they are 50E notes, it's possible. Belgian 50 E T003 notes are from the pooling system so they can pop out everywhere; even as consecutive notes.
It were 50 euro notes!

there are and (always will be) cheaters, it does not matter how stupid cheating on some game or contest would be

(ask anyone who plays half-life, counter-strike or rogue spear)

program in question was made to help the webmaster of this site, so he/she can fix the holes

the "top-list" on the site encourage morons to use programs like this to gain better position on the list and earn fame (yes... they are morons)

administrator: you can find the source code to this program from http://www.petrisimolin.net/eurobill.cpp

the creator of this program does not encourage anyone to cheat on any game or contest

however, if "cheating" is not prevented with any method, your next hit may be with some cheating morons bill (= fake)

pardon my typing errors

I can't moderate them. I've got an error message at each time. :-/

We should put a thread on the forum for the "couples of cheaters".

I'm not sure it always is intentional. In a case like this, where it is so obvious, I think the same person just entered it again, just to make sure it was in the new account, or something like that. I don't think it was meant to make a hit. Still, it's good to moderate it.

Probably a hit between 2 persons who know each other. Both locations are in the central part of Hamburg, maybe 1 walking hour apart. Maybe 2 schoolkids... I would not consider this as an abuse. LordDarcy already has entered 229 notes. Only if this couple provokes more hits, I would call it fake.

I agree not considering it as abuse. But it is not really an interesting hit for the following reasons.

- The entries are only 2 hours and 10 minutes apart.
- Both entries are within the same city.
- There is no comment entered.

I think we should moderate it. Anyone agrees with this?

I disagree, because the comments should IMHO be no reason for moderating. The distance within Hamburg can be compared with the distance from Tervuren to Zaventem, at least if you consider the population density. In the latter case you probably wouldn't moderate, because it is two different city names, but city names don't matter so much if you deal with bigger cities.

If you draw the smallest possible circle around the two Hamburg places of entry, this circle includes much more than 100,000 inhabitants. You won't find so many people in a circle which includes Geilenkirchen and Übach-Palenberg (5 km apart) or a circle including Inari and Ivalo in north Finland (40 km apart). Both mentioned distances are as probable for a note to travel as the Hamburg distance we discuss. You'll find bigger distances in areas with low population density and smaller distances in places with high population density. I think that small distances in a big city are equivalent to wider distances in less populated areas.

BTW: This is my 300th post. Now I am Expert in Training, which gives my opinion extra weight :-)

Re:Donald

I totally agree that entering no comment is not a reason to moderate. But it's the combination of the 3 factors I mentioned that makes the hit less interesting, at least to me.

Of course there are some other factors that could be taken into consideration which lake the hit more interesting.

- it is the first hit of both users (I'm not really sure of that, but I assume it is the case)
- LordDarcy has registered 229 bills since 31/12/2002. This lowers the probability of it being an intentional hit.
- NsiK on the other hand has been registered since 8/1/2003 and has 13 notes.

And congratulations with becoming an Expert in training :D
