I read LATVIJAS PREZIDENTÜRA ES PADOMĒ
and a site adress EU2015.LV.
According to Saint Google it means
Presidential Council of Latvia.
But the site says
Latvian Presidency of the EU Council.

I've gathered from earlier posts on this forum that stamping notes with the eurobilltracker website is uncommon. As a Where's George and Where's Willy user accustomed to marking my bills, how do you get hits if you don't mark bills? I've entered bills on two occasions, I spent unmarked bills in France with no hits, and handwritten notes in the Netherlands with no hits. I'm visiting Italy this fall, so would handwritten/rubber stamped notes have more success there? Any advice is appreciated! -Danny

I personally put the url for ebt very rarely, maybe just a little over a hundred times, and I had just one hit this way, all the others came by chance.
That said, your mileage may vary: some users stamp notes regularly and get hits, so you never know.
May I ask where are you going in Italy? I look forward to finding your notes.

I don't know what's it like in the US, but in vast majority of European banks, clerks follow the ECB rules, ordering banks send them to their respective central banks, who are instructed to destroy all stamped notes. So, even if a stamped note may have a better chance of being registered again once it reaches a new user, the chances of reaching new users is drastically decreased.

The German NCB doesnt destory notes with (small? ) stamps i saw NCB Bundel of
one note had 2x stamps it passed the control

I just searched the relevant European legislation and in fact couldn't spot any directive clearly stating what I claimed (that stamped — as well as otherly damaged — notes should be sent to NCBs for withdrawal and destruction). I believe (without any substantial proof) that this is — or at least was up to some time ago — common practice. I may be wrong, and I am sorry if I am.
