Interesting news: Bundesdruckerei ( :flag-de: R) will probably produce :note-10: soon. :D Why? Because right now they tender printing ink and protective coating for ES2-10.
Links:
Printing ink: https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTIC ... HTML&src=0
Protective coating (German: Lack): https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTIC ... HTML&src=0

As Germany is responsible for printing :note-10: in 2021, it seems as Bundesdruckerei won the contract for it. So, we will probably see :note-10: :flag-de: R/R next year. :D

I received my first :note-50: banknote with Christine Lagarde signature in :flag-gr: Athens, Greece yesterday. Its plate number is Y003E2 (issued by the :flag-gr: Bank of Greece).

Today I received in :flag-gr: Athens a :note-20: banknote with Christine Lagarde signature, issued by :flag-fr: Banque de France. Its serial number starts with UC982 and its shortcode starts with U037.

On the Dutch forum, Vermeer claimed to have found a Lagarde :note-20: E009/EM, which he is unable to insert at the moment.

These are allowed to be entered now. It is possible that a page reload or browser cache clearing is needed. Don't be alarmed if the input field turns red (although it should turn green now). It is possible to enter the notes (now) even if the serial number field is red.

And another surprise...
I can think of two possibilities (or a combination of both):
1) a testnote just like XZ, NZ or VH - the :note-20: gets a coating as the :note-5: and :note-10: already have, maybe these notes were the first ones to try it out.
2) brand new from the 2021 order with a second letter without (officially communicated) meaning, just like EC ( :note-5: or :note-20:) RP, TC, TD, ZD etc. - in 2021 a lot of countries order :note-20: DE, EE, CY, LU, MT, NL, SI, SK, FI, IE, FR, IT.
FR and IT will print the bills by themselves -> U and S. The others all tender the printing: the countries marked in blue usually tender together (-> 1 contract), DE does it seperately, IE probably as well. So we might have 3 different contracts that might go to one or more of E, F, R or W.

The ECB website was redesigned recently and the well-known Banknote production page now lacks the 2021 figures.
As I saved the information on it, I'll put it in here for "archivation purposes"

:note-5: (978.3 million) BE -> E,F,W or R; ES will probably reach VC (my highest is VB97); AT will be probably NC again, maybe also ND (Austria often used a new letter for a new production - like :note-5: second batch: NB, third batch: NC, :note-10 second batch: NB); PT -> M/M

:note-10: (1.1761 billion) DE -> probably R/R (Bundesdruckerei already tendered ink and coating), if the contract will be split then additionally E,F or W; GR -> Y/Y

:note-20: (1.4036 billion), see above post - even more from U/U, S/S and three tenders -> E,F,W and/or R - E009/EM is already here.

:note-50: (1.9514 billion) DE usually tenders together with LV and LT -> E,F,W or R; FR-> more U/U; IT -> S/S and ES -> more V/V, probably VC as well (VB99 already exists)

I don't really know why some of the supposed 2020 order still have Draghi's signature ( :note-5: M006, M007 :note-10: V011, :note-50: N001) - maybe they printed ahead to avoid production peaks. The 2021 production should all come with Lagarde signature.

Is there any chance with X (G+D, Munich) banknotes signed by Lagarde?

Unless I am mistaken, it seems that printer X has ceased to operate.
