When i stumble about rare or new, uncirculated issues during tracking i sometimes keep them or make a picture for my database.
A good guide to decide the rarity is Guy Sohier´s list: http://liste.eurobillets.free.fr/

But compared to other countries or older notes with significant history the current Euros are comparatively boring.
