Which bank is responsible for "feeding" with cash Montenegro and Kosovo? I only ask about the two because they are fairly big, and Andorra and the like are not of any significant size. I have been in Montenegro for 4 days now and most coins, used or new, are Austrian with Greek coming second. There's also no 1c and 2c coins AT ALL, prices are rounded up or down to 5c, and re banknotes I noticed mostly french 20s and greek 10s and 5s.

I couldn't possibly say, but it's interesting to consider that Kosovo was using the D-mark before the Euro. One could be forgiven for thinking that, if they came from Germany before, they must come from Germany now. It may not be true. But even if it is, there's no way to know if the German authorities send them coins and bills exclusively from German mints and printers.

Well, I knew about the DM, I actually spent a year in Kosovo using it (2000). But still, it's been 20 years, and whatever was going on 20 years ago does not necessarily need to carry on today. I only wondered if anything changed since, and if the ECB re-organized the whole thing in a new pattern, since it is not just "the German currency" in use there any more.

The presence of so many Austrian and Greek coins makes me believe the banknotes are supplied by Austria and Greece as well. This would make sense, since they are the nearest larger euro countries (Slovenia is too small to supply Kosovo and Montenegro as well).

I remember, when we (Lithuania) were supplied with eurobanknotes for start in 2015, newspapers wrote, that banknotes came from vault of ECB - there is some airport nearby and money flies by plane. So we got then 3 planes - Vilnius, Kaunas and one more Vilnius. Later logistics - secret.

I entered about 8500 banknotes. And I noticed that some of the banknotes I stubbornly do not come across. Can someone tell me where they were issued in circulation.

:note-5: L/E011 were pooled in the Netherlands (very small series, L1028 until L1031) in 2012.
:note-5: P/F003 were pooled in Finland and Ireland in 2004 and 2005.
:note-5: F/E009 were pooled in the Netherlands and Italy in 2012.
:note-5: P/R003 were pooled in the Netherlands (P033) and Ireland (P034) in 2007.
:note-50: F/R were pooled in the Netherlands in 2015.
:note-100: X/R010 don't exist (or are extremely rare).
:note-200: X/R009 were at least pooled to Belgium (I received a few UNC ones there).

If I didn't make a typo, my grandfather got a couple of them in UNC around christmas 2016 which I were able to enter. They were doubted in the Draghi-bingo in the French speaking part of the forum but as the "famous" French list covers them now, they seem te be legit, although they're still very, very rare. I didn't get any other :note-100: R010-notes apart from that one occasion.

Concearning the other notes, I can't say anything of real value about them. I thought, I have read that :note-5: E/F (or E/G???) were also issued in Italy, but I don't remember where :? :?
Furthermore, I thought that I received a couple of quite new :note-5: E/L around the end of the old series (Frankfurt area). But as this was mainly before my EBT-time and me being quite young back then, I didn't pay much attention and also didn't have acces to a lot of notes.
