Yes, and one for Nokia N800 too, thank you very much! :)

If the program will be coded so that it can be compiled also for Mac (Darwin) I will be happy about it. Otherwise I don't really need it any more, as I've done the switch :)

Yes ! And that would be easy once a Linux version is created, after all, the N800 is a Linux device.

An external Bluetooth-keyboard and the N800 is an excellent couple for entering notes 8)

A System 60 version would be great too, then it would be possible to use System 60 based smartphones for entering notes without having to use data connections, which is awfully expensive when being abroad.

Personally, I'd like to see a Windows Mobile edition :-)

I second Nerzhul's remark and since I don't use Linux (at least never exclusively) I voted "No, thanks." :P

I'd very much like to see a Linux version; although an as-platform-independent-as-possible version would be even better. ;)

Opensourcing is out on this one, isn't it? Else I could write something myself (well, I could do that even now, but it'd be much more work, and I'm fully occupied with writing something NIG-like for Linux anyway when I have a little time to spare)...

As I've been busy with the EBT page itself and neglected further development of the Tool I handed over the sources to ernie. He is currently playing around with them, converting them and preparing a maintenance release.

Giving access to the sources to more trusted users is theoretically no problem, maybe we can even form a development team and work together.

Agree with Dakkus. Mac OS is also Unix-based, so a version which works both on Mac and Linux would be perfect. Otherwise I wouldn't find it useful *personally* (while I reckon there would be a great many users who will love it out there, even if it just works with linux).

To mention, just in case that it's unknown to some people.. Almost all X11 programs compile nicely also for OSX, as it's got an X environment.

Just run the EBT-Tool with wine and it works...

I don't need a Linux-Version but it would be nice to have

Running nig with wine works fine, but EBT-Tool does not run on my computer, so I have voted YES.
