That works, but it worked previously (at the beginning of pbpBB3), too.

That was fixed back then (that's why it works fine with my normal computer), so I was thinking if this can be fixed also.

Especially, because of the next function (I don't know if it's because it's a laptop, or if it's a feature of Windows Vista):
If I on my laptop points the cursor above a link (without clicking), after a few seconds it opens the link (a kind of "automatic click").
So if I point the cursor above the link in the forum, it opens a new window AND changes the same window into the new webpage.
Often I don't even have time to right-click: it opens automatically the link within a second :? . So if the cursor holds above a link, it opens it (even if I don't want to open it :( :x ).

I've searched everywhere, but I can't find how to shut off this function (if I want to open a link I'll click on it myself). Not even a place where to setup the time for opening automatically a link: if I can set this on a few hours it's the same result  .

@ Forum admins :

could you please "un-tick" by default the box stating "would you like the poster to be advised of your decision ?". whenever I connect on th forum I have tens of posts by Russian of Polish porn robots taht need to be deleted, and it would speed up the process if this box would be un-ticked by default. Thank you.
