I'm not sure if this is the appropriate way to ask for his kind of help.
The Portuguese user croeso has said on the EuroBillTracker Portugal Facebook group that, when he tries to access the forum, he's got a message stating that he "doesn't exist" (his message here).
He does exist though, both on the forum and on the website:

What can he do to regain access to the forum?
