We've traditionally allowed people to post to the forum without logging in to the forum. We're aware that this has both good and bad consequences. However, to limit the number of posts where someone has simply forgotten to log in, the following text is now shown above the message entry box whenever someone tries to post as guest:
HEY, you have not logged in!
We hope this change reduces the number of "sorry, I forgot to log in" posts. Guests are still allowed to post as before, they're just shown the above message during message writing.
