Arf. = some intranslatable word, probably imitating duck speech

Thanks for reminding. = he thanks U that U remind him of the situation that the 2 countries have joined the €

Gotta go coding a bit in order to make the State Bingo support Cyprus and Malta.. = he has 2 change some code of his "State Bingo" game so that it supports :flag-cy: and :flag-mt:

I don't even remember how much I've desaturated the flags' colours  = he doesn't even remember how much he has <don't know that word> the colours of the :flag-cy: and :flag-mt: flags

desaturated - in this context means 'lit off' the colours of the flag -(lost the quality of the flag pictures)

Trivia mode='on'
The euro has not been introduced only in the part of the island under the control of the Republic of Cyprus, but also in the two British military centres of Akrotiri and Dhekelia - the first part of British territory ever to adopt the euro.
This is because the military bases have always followed a politics of 'shadowing' Cyprus' laws, and habits, to make life easier for the cypriots who work there and cross the border twice a day. Up to now they were using the cypriot pound.
They're adopting the euro without any bilateral agreement with the ECB, pretty much like Andorra, Montenegro, or the Serbian province of Kosovo.

;)

PS: Jes: Gratulojn! ;)
