I'm not a doctor but I am almost sure that casual contact with dry old blood on banknotes on any other item can not pass sexually transmitted infections. For that to happen, you would have to roll that note up to snort drugs, or get that part of the bill on a long contact with some wound you have, or do even weirder practices.

Anyway, banknotes are one of the dirtiest items you get in touch with daily, so you should wash your hands after touching them, blood or no blood.

Also, you should never post a picture of a banknote with an unedited serial number. That banknote will now be reported as a Public Serial and from now on, if there's a hit with it, the hit will be marked uninteresting and not count to your stats.

i always keep old (2002) bills so its no Problem.
And it is no blood it was nail polish :D
