Most probably you meant to insert K001G5, but you typed K01GG5.
The bold G is on a place in the shortcode where there is supposed to be a
number, and because G and 6 look a bit similar the bold G was corrected to
6, thus giving K016G5.

I'm not sure if this is highest (am I comparing against the list on Page 1?):

Sorry lazza - I've changed it!
I realise I updated the first page a while ago, but must have forgotten to hit submit, so that accounts for a few things! Hopefully it's ok now - let me know if anything is wrong.
About the F007 - this very well *could* be a new short-code, but I would just like some confirmation first (in case it's F003). Elmo - what do you think?
